I was looking at rare to mean not easily replaced or not created in great numbers. I guess I should have been thinking 'not often found'.

Its rare because it was only ever released as a digital download in Germany thats region locked. Its not on any other website, or file sharing platform that I can find.

I know it's technically fraud but as you're just trying to legally purchase a European product I wouldn't have thought it was illegal... bit of a grey area
