[ipad] Full Management of IOS devices

Hello All,

 

I hope that someone is going to be able to help us! We are a school that has also embarked on the IOS craze! (not sure why). Basically we have purchased some iPad mini's and we need to lock them down. I have used Apple Configurator to do this but it is nowhere near enough to allow us to give them tot he kids in banks. I ahve disabled most of the apps ect but they can still get to most of the settings!

 

The issue we have is that this mean that every 2 min we have someone bringing them to us saying "this isn't working" or " this has a custom background" or "this is called ****"

 

I can come and visit if someone would be kind enough to show me their site/locked down iPad?

Do a search on here for mdm or ipad management and you'll get plenty of threads on this subject. Meraki seems to be a popular product - primarily, I imagine, because it's free.
