Which school payment provider do you use?

We've used a couple of different payment providers for online payments over the years, and they've both suffered with problems.

 

So, who do you use, and how often are there issues?

We use Schoolcomms School to Home Communication | Online Parent Payments System

 

Very impressed with it and it integrates with SIMS very well. Support has been very good too.

Only issue I can really think of is when we had a message to say that there was a problem with Barclays processing payments but that was resolved pretty quickly.

Tucasi. Very simple in comparison to other systems out there, but, the payments online is very reliable and with the program running in school rather than being web based that cuts out any issues there.

As above. We've only had a couple of issues since we've had it and they have sorted them very quickly.

Parentpay. Was happy last term - not so much now. Issues taking too long to resolve. Slow in the morning; no we can't try again later, that's when registration is and the kitchen quite reasonably want to know how many dinners to cook.

 

We'll probably stick with it for now, as we're infants only, so they'll all get free school meals from next September! Thanks Mr Clegg
