[ipad] Multiple iTunes Accounts?

Good afternoon,

 

We've recently purchased around 10 iPad's for use in the school. These devices will not be taken home and will remain on site.

 

The devices are for use by students only, I have enrolled them all with Meraki to take care of settings and application management. I have also enrolled into the Volume Purchase Program for Education.

 

Currently I've given all iPads the same iTunes account, is this the best thing to do or should each device have a unique iTunes account? - Will the iTunes account effect Volume Purchases in anyway?

We have 16 iPads with the same iTunes account and use Configurator to manage them. The volume licensing works fine.

Hi j224,

 

Thank you for your advice. I have configured our iPads with one iTunes account and everything seems to be working ok with Meraki MDM to manage them. I'm currently unable to test a volume licence application but I will post here if I do come across any issues with it.
