Child Protection/Safeguarding Software

Has any one seen any software maybe web based that works as a monitoring/reporting system for child protection/safeguarding issue in school.

TASC Software | do a product called Cura.

We have CURA, seems to do the job but a complete pain to get up and running. TASC does respond quickly to support queries though.

I am guessing you are referring to the type of product that sits on a desktop and captures "violations"?

The three big players are Forensics Policy Central, Securus and eSafe. I always recommend the use of school based reporting systems that have been initiated by digital leaders.

Do bear in mind that most of the risk comes when young people are out of the school environment.

We agree with @catshilllearning above - We are Smoothwall Premier Partners, they introduced us to E-Safe last year.

 

This solution is absolutely incredible at safeguarding pupils both on and offline and is helping lots of our Schools become compliant with Prevent expectations/legislation.

I wanted to add that eSafe did look great BUT their pricing model was what fails them. As a very large primary we were expected to pay secondary prices on a per user basis to basically cover classroom PC's.

Would have signed up had there been a per device model.

Not only old but taken off track. The OP wanted software to record CP issues (such as Cura which was suggested) not monitoring solutions.
