We have an internal staff calendar on SharePoint, and an external Google calendar that is displayed on our school website for public information.

I have got Exchange 2010 internet calendar sharing up and running and was wondering if it is possible to now use a single Exchange calendar and have only a certain category of events be visible externally to anonymous users?

The same member of staff currently updates both calendars, so to save them having to do it in two places it would be nice if they could just maintain one single Exchange calendar and have everything viewable internally to our staff, but only certain events viewable externally. Then we can do away with the Google calendar. Is it possible to specify that only certain categories get published to anonymous users?

Does anyone have any suggestions?

We do have SharePoint, but our licence doesn't allow us to publish it externally to anonymous users.

Thanks.
