Issues with new user accounts in an OU

Morning all,

 

I've had a couple of new staff members start and i'm having a couple of issues with their accounts. When they log on it fails to load their roaming profile as if they had permissions issues on the profile folder which they don't appear to have and also their exchange accounts have a problem whereby they can see themselves in the global address list but no-one else can.

 

This is happening just in the staff ou as the new intake accounts for pupils are working fine.

 

Any ideas ?
