Does SupportNet appear... unsecure to anyone? It's only asp.net from what I've gathered. I think it's a good idea, the KB articles are really helpful but it's a bit kwirky and I wouldn't want anyone else grabbing my ID and pass if you know what I mean :p. But, maybe I'm wrong... :D

Unwieldy and generally horrible to use

^ This! Although you are being far too kind with your description. SupportNet looks like it was designed back when Internet Explorer 5 & 6 were state-of-the-art web browsers.

There are so many things wrong with the website, Capita might as well start from scratch.

They have and it is being beta tested. It should be rolling out soon.

That'd be good to see. The information there is invaluable, but it's not much good when getting to it is best achieved with the Krypton Factor soundtrack (Or Crystal Maze, your choice!) playing in the background.

But your ID and pass shouldn't be used elsewhere anyway if it is linked to something important, especially if you don't trust the site security. :)

I actually have access to the new SupportNet Alpha site. While it's very limited on content (being alpha and a test system), it looks like it could be a big improvement on the current version!
