Creating two static IPs for phone system

Hi all,

 

Ive tried googling it but I cant seem to find out how to create static IPs for a phone system. All i seem to find is how to create the server IP as static.

 

Basically we have a new phone system that requires two static IPs.

 

How do I go about doing this? Would reserving it work the same?

A static ip is something that is set on the device itself so you could do that.

 

Alternative a mac address based reservation will always hand out the same ip to that mac address i.e piece of equipment.
