Casio Warranty details

I thought I had read that the education warranty on the casio led range was a replacement/loan device whilst the faulty one was repaired?

 

I recall some edugeeks having posted in the past that they had had some done under warranty? @witch possibly?

 

Can anyone provide me contacts/details please?

We got both loan and replacement devices. Just phoned the usual phone number.

Got a loaner whilst they mended it. Warranty phone number on website I think - not at work at present

Also not at work at the moment, but we simply rang up and arranged the warranty repair and loan projector at the same time.

Yup, we did this too. Just give them a bell and they sort both out for you on the phone.
