Lorfarius Posted July 17, 2013 Posted July 17, 2013 We are currently running CC3 across our network with Server 2003, installed on one of our servers is Eclipse.Net. Over the summer we are moving over to a Server 2008 setup and ditching CC3 completely. Currently the users sync with Active Directory but we'd want to bring the full system over, we will be bringing the user accounts from the old server to the new but none of the manuals I have for Eclipse really cover anything for this. I did try their support for a few hints but with the support contract finished they couldn't help. Has anyone been through a change over or had to move Eclipse data onto a different server? Really appreciate some help or a nudge in the right direction.
FN-GM Posted July 17, 2013 Posted July 17, 2013 If you populate your AD accounts the same as CC3 and re-point eclipse to the new domain it should work. You might need some kind of SQL script to clear the SID from Eclipse as this is a domain SID and wont be the same on the new system.
