[wds] Microsoft Office in WDS Images

I have been advised not to include Office 2010 in a WDS image - I think they said because it caused issues with KMS activation.

 

However I have seen a few threads (example) where people saying they include it. Has anyone had problems?

 

Is it necessary to rearm the Office installation or anything like that before capturing the image?

We include it. Have switched to kms key yet from mak, so I can't advise, but with mak it works fine. Activate all with vamt 2.0

We include office 2010 on our image without an issue - as FN-GM said, just ensure that you re-arm office before you capture your machine.

I install Office during the deployment using MDT and a task sequence. That works fine.
