badders Posted July 8, 2013 Posted July 8, 2013 We have just purchased a C7000 (2 blades) and 3 x P4500 SANS to replace our current C3000 and MSA2012, what would be the best way to connect the SANS to the C7000. The SANS currently have 2 x 1Gb nics but we would probably want to add 10Gb cards into them and team them to the C7000, we're not sure what extras we would need to purchase to do this. Can anyone help?
twin--turbo Posted July 8, 2013 Posted July 8, 2013 Our P4500 is connected on 1GB and has never been a problem, it connects to the core and then we have 10GB CX4 cable to the C7000 which is populated with 10 Virtual desktop hypervisors, 3 Server Hypervisors and 3 Physical servers.
