Prevent history deletion from IE8 Favorites bar

We're using CC4 4.2

 

Is it possible to prevent a user from deleting history in IE8 from the favorites bar? Within standard user policies I've disabled access to Internet Options so pupils can't delete their history or change internet options but I've just discovered they could still delete history if they wanted to from the Favorites as this also displays history.
