Deploying Changes to Word

Good Morning from Grimsby Institute

 

Looking at a solution for deploying the following changes to WORD

 

In 'Word Option' -> Display need to force the 'Update Fields before printing' and the 'Update linked data before printing' to be set on all domain connected machines across the entire group.

 

Any ideas please?

Both of these options are in the User Configuration section of the Group Policy templates for Office 2010 and 2013; they may be there for 2007 too.

An alternative to use the Office Customisation Tool to roll an msp, then send that out to machines to update the prefs.

You then only have to apply this once rather than add to your GPOs.
