Laptop BIOS Passwords - Best Practice

Do you set both the BIOS Supervisor and User passwords (obviously a different one for each) for your staff laptops?

 

I do this and we've had some staff wibbling on about how they have to enter "too many passwords" - d'oh....... it's two ffs....! One for the BIOS and one to log on - hardly takes any time does it?!

we set only an admin password. The password is a formula so it can't be overlooked and used everywhere.
