PowerShell is better you can use any normal commands you use in cmd and also the PowerShell scripts, so you have the best of both worlds

I meant "CMD.EXE" itself - and that PS and commands will all be in the same powershell.exe console

It blows my mind that neither dsa.msc or the ADMC show photos that you have saved in AD at all still. Exchange 2013 does, outlook since 2010 does. Why doesn't AD? It'd make perfect sense.
