Taxi drivers, don't mess with our staff or feel the wrath of the administrator.

At one site I work at we have a excellent lady in the office.

 

She has got the best control I've seen. Not to say the other sites are bad but you want to stay on the good side of this lady.

 

I was sat in the office at pickup time and all taxis were stacked in te car park as normal waiting for pupils and one wanted to get out quickly going against the system and started honking.

 

One member of staff went out to ask him to wait and gave her a bit of stick.

 

This got back to the office and the admin lady phoned up the taxi company and the conversation went

 

"hi *****"

"hi ******"

"one of your drivers picking up **** has just had a go at my staff please can your sort, bye"

"Cya ****"

 

She the turned to me and said that the the taxi driver just lost all contracts with the school and won't been seen here again. She then carried on the conversation we were having.

 

I was like, hold on, from that conversation they know what you want.

 

She just said, they know I don't take any rubbish.

Wow. I hope you get her to deal with your unwanted sales/cold calls too

She is one of the nicest people if you don't mess around. She was showing me some of her drawings, really impressive.

 

Unlike sites that that threaten to charge for lost equipment she actually does. She also gets payments from parents some how for broken windows.
