Cant download from itunes - server unavailable

Hi

 

I cant seem to download anything form iTunes on our configurator Mac. Internet etc works fine and it loads the app page and says its downloading but then gives me a "server unavailable" message

 

Rather annoying as this is needed to roll out configurations to our iPads - any thoughts please?

Do you use a proxy?

Hi Mark - yes. though its going through an authenticated proxy that should be bypassing any restrictions

 

Our iPads go through the same proxy and can download from iTunes without any issue if that helps
