I'm sat here trying to read 2 webchat's and do other stuff (multitasking), and had the thought, why can't I just drag and drop a web page onto/into another one. So I could have edugeek open and drag/embed my chat window on the same page, so I don't have to switch tabs or look behind other windows. Seems a simple thing not to of been developed/thought of??

 

Anyways any got other simple (ish) things that they would like invented lol.

I have 3 monitors in the office.. Not a cheap solution but a simple one! I can easily do three things at once!

Yeah but I wan;t to just be able to drag and place, i.e. I could have an iPlayer windows open (popped out) and place it in the corner of my Edugeek window, allowing me to watch tv and post in edugeek. Without the need of 3 monitors

Always on top works for me*. It's been a mainstay of most Linux windows managers for the last 10 yrs.

 

*girlfriend doesn't always agree though/
