birchanger Posted June 12, 2013 Posted June 12, 2013 Has anyone ditched in-house filtering to rely entirely on Webscreen? It feels, intuitively, to be a bad idea, but it's presumably robust and can provide the required granularity. And I would be glad to see our Smartcache fold its tent.
adamf Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Nope.... I tried to generate a report from it last week on traffic from a particular IP address. I started to generate the report at 14:42 and it was ready for viewing at 22:53. The report was only covering one day. At least with our in-house filtering I can get a report in a couple of minutes rather than several hours. Plus we don't make heavy use of the USO accounts so it wouldn't really work for us. 1
Alkaline Posted June 24, 2013 Posted June 24, 2013 Yes, only use webscreen 2.0. Never had any problems, but the LGFL help desk is not that helpful. 1
mukz Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 we use lightspeed. It is very good at what it does. Allowing you full control.
