Email Tracking

Ok, not sure if I should pop this in here, or the Office section, but I'll start here

 

My boss has asked about the ability to track emails in Outlook. i.e. when a message gets moved from one folder to another by the end user? I've looked at the tracking in Exchange, but am I right in saying that ends once it hits the users mailbox? We have an Exchange 2010 and Office 2010 environment.

 

I've had a bit of a google but can't find anything obvious........

I know this is 2013, but same thing can be done in earlier versions. Just explains it a bit better Mailbox Audit Logging: Exchange 2013 Help
