    Apple DEP Help!!!

Hi - just bumping this up with reference to the above - has anyone had any success adding 'previous purchases' to DEP? Up until Aug last year we were purchasing directly from the Apple online store (using a single account and customer number), since then we have had a business account set up and order directly via the sales team. We are able to add any devices purchased since last Aug to DEP, but have been told there is no way to get the majority of our devices registered as; "Prior purchases, and purchases directly form store.apple.com/au, unfortunately, are not tied to a customer number that DEP understands. We can traced back to Mar 2011, if you had a term account with us prior to DEP, and purchased via that term account, as this would have tied your purchases to the valid customer number DEP understands." I work for a NFP and have just signed up with AirWatch - DEP seemed like a dream come true for getting devices into supervised mode, until the reality that most of our devices would not be eligible hit If anyone has had success getting previously purchased devices enrolled into DEP, would you be able to share how this was achieved? Thanks
  2. Thanks for the quick reply Steve - just heading home now (in Oz) so will have a look at that link later on
  3. Ok, not sure if I should pop this in here, or the Office section, but I'll start here My boss has asked about the ability to track emails in Outlook. i.e. when a message gets moved from one folder to another by the end user? I've looked at the tracking in Exchange, but am I right in saying that ends once it hits the users mailbox? We have an Exchange 2010 and Office 2010 environment. I've had a bit of a google but can't find anything obvious........ Thanks Tanya
