Updating Flash and Java using teacher credentials

As the title suggests, i want staff to be able to update flash and java if its possible. Any ideas? UAC is enabled.

What setup do you have there? can you not deploy them using GPO?

Its a server 2008 r2 environment. Installing is the easy bit. Its when both flash and java popup on the desktop saying there is an update, do you want to download. when staff try to update it it fails as they dont have the rights to install.
