Lenovo G580

Hi everyone. Really strange fault I was hoping someone had come across. We have got 15 Lenovo G580 Laptops with our fresh image on. However I am getting reports of more than half of them typing Z randomly. I know its not a virus / malware because the toshiba laptops (same image) work correctly. We have recently reinstalled the touchpad drivers to disable some of the pinch zoom features but im not sure why this would effect the function of the keyboard and allow it to randomly type Z.

 

Do you think this is a bad batch of laptops ?

Are you using an image with drivers included?

 

I'd be tempted to reinstall the drivers on the laptop, just to ensure that there's no confusion from drivers used on the Toshiba laptops.
