Is anyone able to / willing to share how their Cashless Catering product screens look? I'm trying to work out how best to lay ours out and I wonder what is working well in other schools. The last thing we need is to have it so complicated to find products that it slows down service.

Do you have drinks all one one screen, then a seperate screen for each 'hatch'?

All tills use the same initial till buttons. To get to other items not shown above the till operators 'drill down' through the till buttons to find the specific item being purchased. We are moving to the new version of EasyTrace in the Summer.

Here's ours:

I did consider the possibility of having a different screen for each day depending on the menu for the day, so it wouldn't be necessary to change 'pages', but it was decided that having everything stay in the same place would be quicker then the staff having buttons move around every day...

That's the system I wrote for our cashless catering - saves us £7,000 a year!
