[sims] Missing lessons from timeline but only for two teachers.

Hi All

After the great spring Sims.net update I have two teachers with missing lessons from their timeline on their homepage.

Seems that this is random no link between the two classes or teachers just one class each not all their classes. Just was wondering if any one had come across this one and have a solve for it?

I have raised a call with support but thought I would ask as well.

I had this yesterday, it was because the lesson had cover arranged for it, so it gets removed from the normal teachers homepage timeline.

We did have a similar problem but it turned out it wasn't an issue at all. The staff in question had actually had cover arranged for the missing classes and so it had been taken out of the timeline.

 

Might be something different but worth checking if it is only affecting one class each.

We're getting exactly the same here, since the Spring Update. If you find the answer, do let me know! I've not as yet raised it with Capita as I wanted to check exactly what was happening and haven't had chance as yet!

We have exactly the same here. Each day a couple of random teachers get this.
