elsiegee40 Posted May 14, 2013 Posted May 14, 2013 You can't get a decent 3G signal in many places... And I mean places that aren't in the middle of nowhere. There is little point moving up as a user if you aren't going to be able to use it.
mac_shinobi Posted May 14, 2013 Posted May 14, 2013 Exactly. Ive got the iphone 5 and although I cant use 4g just yet I can use 5ghz wlan at home so just a waiting game ref 4g

There is little point moving up as a user if you aren't going to be able to use it. I agree. In many (populated) places I'm still struggling with only an E (Edge) or G (3G) connection never mind H (HSDPA+) or 4G etc. I wish they would invest in battery technology and make a Smart Phones last more than half a day; instead of having to disable most features (effectively making it a dump-phone) to make it last longer. Or at least have decent power/CPU management (without the need of a rooted ROM). These high speed CPUs in Smart Phones is like having a fast sports car with only a 1 gallon petrol tank!
