HP Color LaserJet CP2025 Printers Configuration

We have 3 of these printers in the school.

I want to be able to have 2 Shares for each printer, a share for color and one for mono.

I have made the shares, sorted the script, etc but what I haven't done is set the 2nd share for each of these printers to only print Mono and not Colour. Does anyone know how this can be done?

Mono only driver if it's available

Go to advanced features and printing defaults and set it to mono only or like Ben says above see if a mono version of the driver is available.

Cheers both of you. I will try what you've said Matt. I looked there before but didn't see anything to do with Mono, or greyscale. I probably didn't look through the options thoroughly enough.
