Office 365 - Recipient limits

Is there any control over these, or is it a set value and that's that? I'd like to make the limit less than 125.

Exchange Online caps the number of per message recipients to 500.

 

Exchange Online limits each user's total messages to 10,000 recipients per day, regardless of domain. Not sure about the control though

Unfortunately you are not able to set individual limits, the command would be "Set-Mailbox 'insert_user_id' -RecipientLimits 50" but the PS CMDLETS are not available on Exchange Online.
