Server Backup was working but is now not listed under Tools? - Tried reinstall

Hello,

 

I installed the Server Backup Feature to our Server 2012 server and successfully took a full backup. A month went by, nothing was installed, it is simply a DC which I want to take regular backups for. When I clicked on Tools to see the list of installed applications, Server Backup wasn't listed?

 

I tried running it from Powershell which also confirmed it couldn't find the associated files.

I have tried removing the Feature, rebooting and re-installing but despite saying it has been installed successfully and no errors that I can see in the Event Logs, it's not on the list.

 

Can anyone give any advise or guidance on where I can go from here. I am new to Server 2012 and this is puzzling me.
