I'm surprised Portal hasn't popped up in here.. I love both the games so much. I think it's the dark humor of GLaDOS that I love the most, and then the idea of cute turrets that could kill you is beautiful...

Was that the top down one from sony? i used to love that, tried it years later and couldnt get a hang of the controls again, but alien swarm did give me some fond memories.

Yes @LiamH it was! It was a great game! Like a 2d version of Counter-Strike really! It was free to play, but then Sony made it pay to play. so from 35k users to about 3k users basically killed it off!

I did love that game, still remember the original map with the 2 trench bases running around as a medic. The other game modes were fun too, i remember heavy plasma weapons that would bounce off walls which was great for clearing corridors in the larger games, didn't they also have an alien vs humans game?
