You lot are a blood thirsty bunch!!!! It's DIPLOMACY. I WILL CRUSH YOU ALL, politely.

EDIT: Ohha nd if you have set your orders don't forget to click teh ORDERS tab and click "finalize". If everyone has done that the game moves on, not just if they have sent orders.

I'm tempted to join Game two too, just to see if it will run any faster. C'mon slow coaches!!!

Yep - i was hoping for at least 1/turn day but I think this one is going to run up to the time limit and then we'll see who's forces don't move and we'll know who it is that's slowing us down :(

Roll-up. Roll-up. No - not a bloomin cigarette!! 3 more players needed in Game 2. Get yer jack-boots stomping, fuel up your Panzers and raise up those cordite bags to the front battery!

The problem is that potentially we're waiting 1 day for orders, 1 day for any retreats, then 1 day for new unit builds, before getting to the next lot of orders on day 4. However if everyone submits before 24hrs it will automagically advance to the next step. Submitting orders only takes minutes. I'm playing (and posting this, and reading my email) on my phone (SGS2). If everyone pulled their fingers out the game would speed up...

Have to say that it took me all of about two minutes to do my orders... Unless I'm missing something? All orders were finalised too!

At least it does look like the war won't go past Christmas!!

Game is set for 24 hour turns but for some reason the first one always starts at 48 I think to give everyone plenty of time to sort out their strategy, message each other and work out their diplomacy.

Don't forget, this isn't a war simulation. So you can bash out the orders in minutes but it is the messaging and scheming.... I mean strategising that takes the time..... But saying that, someone should really buck up and finalise!

It looks like France and Russia haven't moved. I wonder if those chaps didn't click FINALISE ?

I've joined game two too... It hasn't started yet and still needs 2 more players... D'oh!
