Update server proxy info

[Gaz]

I want to add an authentication exception for Activinspire so that when it loads it can check for updates. At the moment it cant connect through the proxy.

What are the details of the update server that I need to add to our content filter?

Hi there,

the check for updates URL that is used is http://www.activsoftware.co.uk/update - this is where Inspire will query on launch / clicking the "Check for Updates" section.

Hope this helps!

That should do it, thanks.
