catch21 Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 in trying to upgrade from 9.4.0.0 build 110 to the current, "Not enough memory". I can scarcely believe there isn't enough memory on the box so am suspecting another issue. Does anyone know a quick fix to this problem please?

timbo343 Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 (edited) You need to do the next update to 9.4.0.0 which iirc is 9.4.2.0 then you can upgrade to 9.5 etc, You need to carryout the updates in order without missing one out, you cannot miss out an update otherwise it fails. You then have to wait after each update for all the APs to catch up too. Once all the APs are upto date, you can then upgrade to the next version. This caught me out too. catch21 Posted February 27, 2013 Author Posted February 27, 2013 Superb, thanks. I must have misread or misunderstood something along the line as I thought I could go from 9.4 to 9.5. Its working at the moment so fingers crossed.
