staningrimsby Posted February 26, 2013 Posted February 26, 2013 Hi Guys, Please help me out here, my headteacher spoke to a chap at the Bett show this year who said he was selling Samsung and Panasonic 65" touchscreens for around £1300 each, they did scan the heads badge while he was there but sadly it looks like the head has deleted any emails they may have sent him. Can anybody please tell me who this supplier was as he said we could have a 30 day trial to see if the board would do what we wanted. Regards Stan.
timp Posted March 6, 2013 Posted March 6, 2013 Quite honestly at that price I would be suspicious, this is way below cost. Maybe they were end of life LCD panels? More typical pricing is around the 2.5 to 3K mark
ass17 Posted March 6, 2013 Posted March 6, 2013 We paid 2.5k for our Samsung 65" touchscreen, it's was the only one out at the time, October 2012.

Max_Power Posted March 7, 2013 Posted March 7, 2013 Looking at large panels to replace ageing projectors myself but prices are ranging from £2.5K to £8K! If you do find out who the company is and its legitimate do share a link for it.
jamesreedersmith Posted March 7, 2013 Posted March 7, 2013 Look at the clever screen - been about for many years.
