Outlook Security Alert after OWA address change

We've just changed our OWA URL to bring it into line with all our other services. We have a proper SSL certificate and everything appears to be OK except when users launch Outlook they get the Security Alert come up. It is labelled as the old address but shows the new address certificate. I have been through just about every online article about this error and changed all the settings suggested but obviously there is a final one hiding with the old address. Even updated the Certificate thumbprint and the services attached to it. The error has got gradually better with each new place, originally the alert was coming up every so many minutes and often twice but now just the once and only on startup of Outlook.

Running Exchange 2007 and it is on a mix of Outlook versions.

Anyone any ideas of where it could be or how to find it?

I have webmail under the new domain pointing at the exchange server & under Get-ClientAccessServer internalURI it has the new address. Get-AutodiscoverVirtualDirectory has nothing in the internal or external URI so I assume this is ok as that must have been how it was under the old system.
