HTTPS interception issues using Google Chrome 57

We're currently having problems with accessing HTTPS website on Google Chrome 57 (64-bit) at the Primary. It appears to reject the certificate we installed

for HTTPS interception on Stormshield for our Exa connection. Internet Explorer has no issues, but staff do use Google Chrome to access a lot of educational resources that require Google Chrome to function correctly, such as Abacus.

 

This is the result of a test of using Google.

Issue has been fixed by our ISP (Exa). After investigation, the problem was discovered to be due to Chrome recieving SHA1 certificates where SHA2 were now required. This was then promptly fixed.

Also had this issue today on some machine. Pretty sure our very is sha2 though.

added a dns entry portal.domain.sch.uk and pointed that to the firewall, then they made some changes on the firewall.

 

seems to fix it on my machine but need to check other devices.
