Schools Cloud Parents Evening crashed again!

Anyone else have their Parents Evening system crash tonight? Ours crashed last Thursday, rearranging for today and it crashed again!

 

Lots of frustrated teachers. Anyone get it back up after 5pm?

Affected us as well. It did come back at about 5:10pm. We've only just started using them and it's disappointing to see and frustrating for teachers and parents who will need to put even more time to catch up. I hope they resolve the problems before our next parents evening.

 

On Twitter they and UKFast apologise for the problems. They say it is down to the UKFast provided load balancers hitting capacity. UKFast are investigating the cause internally.

Parents Evening: Unable to access site

Resolved - Our hosting provider continue to monitor their managed load balancer and we remain in contact with them.

Identified - Our hosting provider has identified an issue with our load balancers accepting new traffic.
