RM easymail Problem
Hi All
I have got a weird problem within my school. I have 5 computers which are on a admin network(windows 2003). The staff use RM Easymail Plus, this is a web based mailing system. here is the problem three of the computer are not having any problems sending emails. But the other two are having problems sending emails. The problem is that when the user writes the email and presses the send button the email system gets stuck, when this happens the memeber of staff saves the email to drafts and then restart the application then sends it for the drafts folder without a problem. Some time the emial is sent without any problem but most of the time she has move the email to drafts.
All the office use the same email account so it cant be an account issuss. But the two computers which are having the problem are the same spec (Rm one RM.com Shop: The RM One)
cheers
darren

7th May 2009, 10:08 AM #4 I have a similar problem on a couple of machines that log the user out of easymail as soon as they click on anything. No one has been able to give me an answer but I bet it is related to yours.
Anyone help?

7th May 2009, 10:08 AM #5 Staff and students have this problem EVERYDAY since ICT Solutions turned on HTML compression, it seems to screw the javascript files speradically, then you have a corrupt Javascript file in your local cache.
do you see the little yellow error triangle in the bottom left of IE?
Try CTRL + F5 to force a refresh, if its the same problem we have it will sort it.

7th May 2009, 07:37 PM #9 I had this problem recently at our school. Turning off the pop-up blocker did it here, but, knowing that it's easymail - probably a whole bag of things!
Good luck
(p.s Staff use Exchange here, kids easymail)

I only have a problem on one machine... my home PC!
I've tried messing with cookies, temporary files and pop-ups to no avail and have ended up incorporating the account into Outlook which I run for home emails anyway.
While most staff at school use web EasyMail, our 5 admin staff (and me!) use it via Outlook. I've set it up so the Outlook file is in a folder in their redirected My Documents, not in Local Settings where it is stored by default.
