CapitaES SupportNet down?

Can anyone get onto the CapitaES SupportNet site? Our county's DNS servers seem to be having trouble resolving it. We can get onto www.capitaes.co.uk but if we try support.capitaes.co.uk or home.capitaes.co.uk we get nice big fat DNS errors.

Same here... get the IE-styled "S" for the support start page, then more big fat DNS errors...

It's STILL down - anything to do with the error message we're getting on updated modules eg Exams and Assessment Manager?!! :!:

I've recieved this email. Explains whats going on -

Please forward this important information to all SIMS support staff in your Local Authority or Regional Centre
Due to a severe regional power outage here in Bedford, most of the Capita ES, SIMS and Supportnet web services are currently offline.

We are currently in the hands of our Internet service providers and associated third parties. We have stressed to them the business critical nature of the incident and the advserse impact it is having on our customers.

As yet we have no ETA for when the problem will be resolved, so please bear with us as we try to deal with incoming customer telephone calls to the SIMS Service Desk as quickly as possible.

We will email out another communication as soon as we are confident that all web services are back online.

I`m organising a whip round so we can collect some 50p pieces for their meter.

Think I`ll contact them about a rather simple process called mirroring!!!
