Hello all, I'm just curious to see if anyone else is affected by the know issues of ID EX220974 and EX221135 where by if a user tries to sign in to O365, they get a 'sorry, that didn't work' message. For over a week this has been affecting us and has caused HUGE problems. Staff were supposed to be doing remote training on Thursday and Friday but at least 50 staff members had to come to site because they couldn't log in at home. Even it site, it rarely works. We have 1500 users coming back tomorrow and i'm dreading that it wont be fixed. Microsoft have confirmed it's an IIS problem their end but at the moment, we're pretty helpless :-(

Has anybody else has issues with their user creation templates disappearing from O365 admin portal? I've recreated them twice now and they've disappeared AGAIN! So frustrating!

Hi All, Our scan to email for all printers has suddenly stopped working along with notifications that we receive from various systems. From what I have figured out it seems to be a problem with SMTP in O365. We are using Kyocera printers for the most part and when I use the very helpful SMTP test connection feature it comes back that the connection is OK. However when we send a scan to email it just simply never arrives at the mailbox. I can't see it in a message trace either. Everything I have tried has not helped at all so far. We do have a domain that also uses Gmail so I tried changing SMTP setting to Gmail and sending to a gmail account and it all works perfectly. However if I try to send a scan using the Gmail SMTP settings to an O365 account it still never arrives. I have checked our spam filtering in O365 to see if it is getting stuck there but I can't see anything there. In Gmail I did have to turn on use less secure apps setting to get it to work but is there a similar setting in O365 somewhere that could be stopping them coming through. I had assumed that if there is a similar setting that when I run the SMTP connection test in the printer it would have failed? If anyone has had a similar issue or know of a fix I would be forever grateful! Cheers

Hi All, One user is having this issue. We use Office 2016 and O365 (via RM Unify) Every morning he cannot logon to Outlook unless I reset his AD password - weird thing is I reset it to the same password it was before. If I just reset his Unify password it doesn't work. If I don't reset either password then he is able to access OWA via unify but no other way. Our AD passwords synch up to Unify at least every 15 minutes (I think) so I don't understand the need to reset the AD password to get the O365 password working when they haven't actually changed in the first place. I've enforced a logout of all sessions from O365 - made no difference. I've done a net use /domain which confirms that the only time the password has been changed is when I changed it. It's not a credentials manager thing as it happens even if I log on as him to a computer that doesn't have his profile installed. If I check his Azure Ad logon report I can see one odd logon at a funny time in the morning but it doesn't fail and the password is not being changed. At no time does he have a problem logging on to AD so the AD password is not changing/being changed until I change it. If there was a way to setup a job to automatically reset his password to what it should be every day that would at least stop him from having to raise a ticket every day but I realise that this is not the most secure way to do things. For some reason the setup here is that the Outlook icon doesn't display for standard users (the icon in the system tray) so I can't even do a ctrl-click and see where the connection is failing... Any help gratefully received. TIA
