We have Chromebooks for all students and are looking to move over to Securly from our current on-site filtering and classroom monitoring solutions. The only major issue I have is that we would lose access to any logging of user activity that includes an identifier for the device. This is useful time to time when a student has appropriated another student's password, allowing us to see that their account was used on another device. I know the Google Admin Console gives me the ordered list of recent users for a device, but without timestamps I can't prove which device any questionable activity came from. The only service I've found that seems to provide this is Gopher, however I contacted them and was told they can only provide to US/Canada schools -- we're in the UK. Is anyone aware of a service that will provide this? It doesn't come up often so I don't need anything pretty, just any form of recording user logins on Chromebooks that includes some identifier for the device, like the serial or the API ID. Thanks.

Hello, We have been using Impero here for about three years but after constant technical issues and teacher problems/workarounds we have decided to look at alternatives. key things we would like are View/Control student and teacher systems (without warning) Look for keywords and log/screen shot when this happens full web history batch login on selected clients push msi packages (optional but would be nice) We did have NetSupport when I first started but due to cost moved to Impero. Any suggestions welcome. Thank you, William

Hello, We have had two new Richo MF machines (set up with department codes). We can easily get the counts for each department and export the information to CSV which is ideal. However I would like to be able to export the jobs (meta data). You can see the job history when you log into the device and see "job history" but doesn't seem to be a way to export the jobs. I was wondering if anyone has come across this and how you can do it? Thank you, Will

Can any one suggest the best way stop pupils accessing proxy sites to get around our filters. the only methods i've been able to use have been reactive i.e. using tools such as ranger remote to watch the pupil activity and then banning the undiserable sites they visit and also using securus to log activaty on the network. The problem is that these methods require the pupils to access the problem sites first, i would like a more proactive method that stops the pupils accessing these sites in the first place. Cheers for any help you can give me
