  1. Yes it works for us now as well since having the new certificates.
  2. You can downgrade the iPad back to iOS 12.4.1 using iTunes and the relevant IPSW file that can be found here https://ipsw.me/
  3. Remote desktop or Parallels. At Apple we always recommended Parallels when trying to run Windows software. But if your about to move to SIMS Cloud - RM would be a better cost saving.
  4. I am thinking about deploying desktop PC's into all classrooms instead of laptops. We currently provide our staff with Laptops and iPads (including those for maternity cover). Therefore everytime someone goes on leave the school has to fork out £1,000 worth of IT equipment. But I dont think if I took laptops off staff it would go down well.
  5. Yeah my school has ditched the staff room this year - its now a classroom. I also see a lot of new build schools not being designed with a staff room. I think the ideology behind this is because most departments would just use their department offices anyway. Since we lost ours I don't think anyone has actually noticed.
  6. Thank you for your help with this - this has worked :-)
  7. OOOO that looks interesting I'll see the powershell scripts currently look like. Thanks
  8. The only issue with that is we have 1500 users and I would need to remember how far down the list the selection tool got. - I'll give it ago. But it might be a bit more fiddly.
  9. Hi everyone, Since a few months ago everytime I create a new user in AD and the account syncs with Office 365. It creates them an Office 365 Mailbox. At the school, we use an on premise Exchange Server which has caused us no issues. However, our students have iPads and when they go to sign into outlook it only signs them into their Office 365 mailbox (which obviously displays no emails) and it wont let them sign into exchange even if they click Exchange in the set up process. Is there a way I disable this? Perhaps by PowerShell? At the moment the only way I can see to do it would be manually for every user. I have attached a screenshot of the setting I want to disable for every user.
  10. Thanks for that. But we are using SHA-2. I will have a look at the DNS name being missing or not
  11. Hi Is anyone else getting issues on the beta of iPadOS13 where the user gets an error message when trying to browse the internet . When trying to go to any website they get the error 'Safari cannot open the page because it could not establish a secure connection to the server.'. This only has started happening on iPadOS13, and it works fine on iOS 12. Any help would be greatly appreciated
