yes I think our result sets are keystage so this is happening because although I can set the group filter to year 9 the result set is keystage3 so it is populating with year 8 data because I can't differentiate - might be worth rethinking that

Am so frustrated hoping someone can help... Doing end of year IPRS in SIMS, Curriculum group year 9 have a couple of subjects that is optional in year 9 so only some of the year need a result. The staff member has input their data which has come through fine on the summary sheet however all those students that got a mark for that subject last year during the Summer 2 result set are also getting a mark that has been pulled through from when they were in year 8. I have fixed the issue by changing the individual reports on the word template to only receive data from within a set date range so the printout to parents will be fine. But the year team who are checking for anomalies before we print have got a template summary sheet that has all these additional grades when they do not even do that subject so it is confusing for everyone. have tried all sorts of date range filtering but they haven't worked as yet Any suggestions?
