Hi I have looked into this about the Sysprep not woking and it is not working for me ither. I did contact Microsoft's Support about this issue and they do admit it is a big problem with their OS Systems with Version Number 17763 only. Microsoft said "They are Working on a Fix and it will be released with Windows 10 1903 May Update". I hope i have answered this question for you. Many Thanks Luke A'Court

Hi, To see all of the Windows Updates released for your Windows Version is by pressing the Windows + R keys together and type winver and it will tell you the Windows Version. Once you done that go to this web address which i have pasted underneath this writing. https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/4464619/windows-10-update-history Then select the update then download from the Microsoft Update Catalog. Once you done this double click on the update which is saved on your PC then Press yes to Install them if your PC haven't got them. If your PC has them it will tell you when you run the installer.
