Hello, I work for a large organisation. Support is almost as important as specification. We have had bad experiences with suppliers that can't achieve a next day fix and this soon becomes days and weeks before a resolution. So do take this into consideration and absolutely avoid 'return to supplier' warranties.

Hello there. I am David. I am a Field Engineer to a northern local authority. My remit includes admin offices, surveyors, transport depots, museums, forestry depots, schools, children's centres, leisure centres, home workers and pretty much anything that is public funded in our bit of West Yorkshire. We are running Microsoft Servers and mainly Windows7 and Windows 10. I cover both hardware and software and telephones. If they bought it... I support it. I am looking forward to posting and reading.
