@TSEARS How do you deploy yours printers? GPO, GPP, Users, Computers, with the powershell scripts of this page... ?

I confirm that yes and reverse lookup is ok :-(

Unfortunately, samething from our side ... I do not know what to try after we have tried: • GPO Computers • GPO Users • GPP Computers • GPP Users • PowerShell Script • Remove Fetching data from internet • Etc. Always the same observation, random deployment... My first try with printmapper doesn't work, but I'm waiting a come back from the dev, it's probably a mistake in my configuration.

I found the solution, when I was looking for the verification name "NT AUTHORITY\ SYSTEM" on my AD in French, the name it changed automatically for "AUTHORITY NT\ SYSTEM" ... It was functional locally this way, but we must believe that by GPO, it's more capricious ... I hope that this information can help someone else... Thank for your responses!

Unfortunately, no more success with the function "create" ... Another idea? Is it a security feature implanted in Windows 10 that blocks this?

The task does not appear on the computer, and I also tested the option "update", without more success, there might be the option "create" to try, but the option "replace" and "update" should normally create it to what I read, but I will do this test immediately in case. For logs, given that it is not displayed, I can not find anything in the logs ...

Hello everyone, I want to push a scheduled task to turn off the computers in Windows 10 by GPO, but I can not. Despite all my research and my various tests from many posts found here or everywhere on the web, no way to achieve it. Here is the configuration that seems most prevalent on the web that does not work: I did the testing with an admin account in the AD and the system account with the option "Run only when user is logged on" which would seem to be the option to previle and the option "Run whether user is logged" on or not ". This configuration works when I test it locally on a machine and the GPO is deployed, because several other parameters are included in it and they are applied. I do a gpupdate /force after each replication to make sure that everything is on the computer ... AD is on Windows Server 2012 and computer is on Windows 10 1709 EDU. Any ideas? Thank you in advance!

Hello, I think we can make UEV work. I wonder, however, if it is possible to set the applications in a "standard" way for our laboratories or does it absolutely necessary to go through a Local Profile or Mandatory Profile? The ideal would be to have ready-made configurations in the UEV catalog, but I don't find it possible ...? What do you use to have your applications configured according to your "standard"? Thanks

Hi, I followed the PeterH procedure to the letter, but I seem to have some problems. Using the PowerSheel commands, I checked that everything was turned on and that's the case. Regedit also. When we connect to a new machine, the wallpaper and icon layout apply correctly. But when I configure the "Calculator" application, the configurations do not apply on the B station. What's strange, when opening, we see that the computer is trying to make a configuration because part of the application is flatter and grayer, but returns to the initial state of the application without changes ... I did some tests with Wordpad, and these seem to work (rule disabled, different output format, etc.). For now, I do not have a template in my catalog (phase 1 of the tests), but normally, if I change the settings on the computer A, they should apply on the computer B, right? We are using Windows 10 1709 with Windows server 2012 with admx updated. No UE-V agent installation. Any ideas? Thank you in advance !
