I'm fairly certain these are permission based issues, Capita has a KB Article on what specific folders need the 'full cobtrol' permission. It should be: The temp folder in appdata Temp folder in c:\windows Local documents folder Sims.ini in c:\ Sims .net folder SIMS folder in your mapped drive for sims. I'm fairly certain Capita have a tool which can do all these permissions for you but you'd need to request it from them.

Do you go through any web filtering like smoothwall? Hey Chriss is there anything obvious showing up in the log files? Could be a certificate error.
