I watched this over the weekend myself and didn't feel like it was Oscar material. It was a good 'period' piece and take on the 1950s B-movie, but I didn't feel grabbed by the story line. I, sort of, predicted the end. I might have to watch it again for giggles as some movies need to be seen more than once to get a good feel of it.

1982. I've seen the 2015 version, but didn't feel like it lived up to the reputation of the '82 version. I don't think I'm a fan of reboots.

Poltergeist. Mindless background noise while I slumbered in my marshmallow bed.
